Support

You get help with anyup in the app: there you open a support case or report something. This page shows you how.

Help and appeals in the app

  1. Open the “Profile” tab and tap “Account & Privacy”.
  2. Tap “Support”, then “Open a new case”.
  3. Choose what it is about, describe your request and tap “Open case”.

For a question or a problem, choose “Question” or “Problem”. To appeal a restriction or suspension, choose “Appeal” and then pick the measure under “Which measure do you want to appeal?”. An appeal is always decided by a person.

If your account is suspended, the app shows the screen “Your account is suspended”. Tap “Contact support” there. You get to the same flow and can file an appeal from there too. If your account is restricted, use the steps above.

You will find our team's replies in the same case.

Reporting something

If someone breaks the Community Guidelines, report it right in the app. The reported person does not find out who reported them.

  1. On a profile or an activity, tap “⋯” (More options) at the top right, then “Report profile” or “Report activity”.
  2. In the chat, press and hold a message and tap “Report”.

You can see how far along your reports are in the “Profile” tab under “My reports”.

By email, only in these cases

The address support@anyup.app is for cases where the route in the app is not open to you:

  • You want to delete your account without the app.
  • The app does not start, or you can't get past signing in.
  • You have a privacy request, for example for access to your data.
  • The app itself sends you to support, for example during identity verification or when it has closed your account.
  • You have not finished setting up your profile yet. Until you have, write to us about anything.

For anything else, use support in the app, even if your account is suspended.
